Mr Awad is fantastic he was so professional with a really friendly manner. He explained everything in full and had answers to all of my concerns and questions. On the day of surgery I was SO nervous but he and the team made me feel completely relaxed. I am 2 weeks post operation and it is the best decision I have made. My scarring is so small and wouldn’t really notice it. Would definitely recommend.

From my initial consultation, Tonic, as an organisation have been brilliant. Fantastic wrap around care. My surgeon, Mr Awad, was chosen after months of research and he surpassed by expectations. He is a true expert in his field and his communication skills and bedside manner are second to none. My surgery went smoothly, as I expected it would and I have felt very supported through the whole process. I would highly recommend Mr Awad.

Had a brilliant experience with Dr Awad, woukd recommend him to anyone wanting gastric surgery. I had my sleeve done at Burcot Hall on 12/08/23. Dr Awad was patient, kind and very professional. At 22 and with never having surgery before, this was a very daunting experience. Dr Awad made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He thoroughly talked me through what to expect and gave me suggestions on what operation would be best based on his experience. I trust him completely. He has amazing expertise and completed my surgery with ease, despite my liver still being very large and fatty. I am now nearly 2 weeks post op and everything has gone so smoothly, I am so happy with my experience. If anyone is considering weight loss surgery, I couldn't recommend Dr Awad enough!
